MGOCSM
The motto for MGOCSM is worship, study, and service. As members of MGOCSM, we strive to commit our lives to God by educating ourselves through his word. The MGOCSM Unit conducts monthly bible studies and annual retreats in order to execute this mission as effectively as possible through the guidance of our parish priest, diocesan metropolitan, and God.
MMVS
The Marth Mariam Samajam, the spiritual organization for the women of the Church is a very active unit. The Marth Mariam Samajam conducts meetings in the Church on the second and the fourth Sunday after Holy Qurbana. We also organize retreats, lenten prayers and also help with arranging refreshments for various events throughout the year.
Suvisesha Sangam
Suvisesha Sangam has an important role in the Orthodox mission aiming to provide a strong spiritual foundation. St. Thomas Suvisesha Sangam is a very active organization at our church and conducts all our chartiy projects every year.
Prayer Groups
Prayer is a form of spiritual communication with our creator. As said in St. Matthew 18:30 "When two or three gather in my name, I am with them", when believers gather together, they can pray with and for each other. It is to the benefit of each believer to have others pray with them. For example, in Mathew 9:2 the paralytic was healed because of the faith of his friends. This concept is throughout the scriptures, that our faith can positively effect change in others.
Sports Club
Health & Happiness proves to be an integral activity in a human's life. Being healthy and to stay healthy should be the definition of us. To promote this thinking a few of us initiated the Sports & Social Club here at the church. After the Holy Qurbana, every Sunday, we gather around and play Volley Ball outside. If its rainy or on snowy days we have indoor games like Carrom Board, Chess, Table Tennis.
